How do I know processing date?

Hi,

How do I know how to look at my processing date?, I go to USCIS.gov and there are options between District office and Service Center, and then again antoher options on each one...

Im living in California, ca but how do i know where to look: in California (service center) or in a District office in California?

Here's the site of CSC Processing dates (as of July 11, 2006)

If you want to check if your papers were touched, you can sign up at https://egov.immigration.gov/cris/jsps/index.jsp Make sure you have your NOA1 already bec. you need your WAC case # here. Hope that helps :D

But what about the District offices then? In wich case should we look for info there? Or in the National Benefits Center?
