I would like to ask... Our case complete at NVC OCTOBER 23th, 2009. and then I listen the AVR

and said :

Nvc has completed the processing and has forwarded it in manila on October 23,2009. Please contact embassy or consulate for further questions. and I talk the operator, she said once they already sent to USEM they don't care it anymore.

But, they sent our papers with out INTERVIEW DATE : who ever here same situation to me??

How long does it will take to get my interview appointment..

I email them, this is the reply..

We received the electronic file from the State Department's National Visa Center (NVC) on October 23, 2009 and should receive the U.S. Immigration Service-approved visa petition shortly.

We will notify the applicant or take further action on the case as soon as we receive the U.S. Citizenship and Immigration Services (USCIS)-approved petition (I-130) on behalf of the applicant.

Be patient. :innocent: A letter will come via Air 21 delivery to your residence in the PI. It will instruct you to call for an appointment. You will probably get it within the next 20 days. If you still do not have it, you or your spouse/fiancee can call the call center. (You must have a PLDT phone service in the PI to use this or be in the US to call the 888 number.) At that point you give them the MNL number and ask for the status of the file. Good luck.
