Marriage Cert City Question

Hi Guys!

So we're finally married and had a wonderful weekend. But now the reality of immigration paperwork begins...

So i'm probably overanalyzing...

But when we applied for our marriage license I entered in my country of birth and everything. Then it asks for residence and the marriage bureau told us to put the address where i'd been living. So I put the city and state etc... On the cert it says my name then of US city, state. I asked the marriage bureau person if the place matters and if it should say the country where i'm from - even though I haven't lived there in 3 years. She said the place doesn't matter. So long's the anmes and dob's are correct.

My husband also says it was your residence so its an honest answer... Plus for him it says the town where we live now, not the city and state he was born in... It's just the weird wording on the marriage cert that says of...

But of course i'm worrying... Does anyone think this would be a problem? all the details are correct on the form...

Nov 28, 2012 Biometrics apt.

Jan 4, 2013 In line for interview!

Jan 5, 2013 Scheduled for interview!

Jan 10, 2013 Received interview letter

Jan 19, 2013 Received yellow letter dated 1/16 asking me to bring more passport pics to the interview

Feb 11, 2013 Interview

Mar 8, 2013 Got an online update - oath scheduled!

Mar 13, 2013 Oath letter received

Mar 22, 2013 Oath! Officially an American citizen!
