Hi, ain't crazy anymore as my package's been sent on the 16th October, 2009. I still need more answers to my curiosity. As i said, my package was sent via e-mail on the 16th of October and my interview date was also scheduled for December 4. The instruction package includes the medical examination, DS156, i134, police cert. requirement.e.t.c.

My questions goes thus. Do i need to fill the forms sent and return them before the interview date or i take them along on my interview date? However, I want to know if my appointment has been fixed or need to wait for another letter after the instruction package has been printed out, filled and sent back.?

Thanks

Your interview date has been set as stated on email from the embassy. Now is time for your to prepare all the documents and forms DS, FS, and all the required paperwork and document the consul will require from you. Dont sent them, you will present them to the embassy the day of your interview. Make sure your fiance[e] sents you all the documents required by him such us affidavit of support, incomtax returns with w2 form, letter of intent to marry, empolyment verification letter, bank letter showing savings and history, and any other pertenant document that i may not remember right now..

Visit the emabassy website and get a list of all the documents required for your interview.

Good luck

Improved USCIS Form G-325A (Biographic Information)

Form field input font changed to allow entry of dates in the specified format and to provide more space for addresses and employment history. This is the 6/12/09 version of the form; the current version is 8/8/11, but previous versions are accepted per the USCIS forms page.
