How does my fiancee get an "old" ID for a Philippine passport?

Why don't you personally make a phone call to the school and ask yourself about the yearbook scenerio? Maybe talk with the principal or a leader of the high school and expalin her situation to them. They may have some sort of records to help out. Get the phone number off the internet or whatever, but if it was me, I'd get involved and contact the school. Surely somewhere I'd think there has to be a yearbook floating around.

She doesn't have an old school transcript (or school form 137), and she never bought a school yearbook! So how can she obtain an "old" form of ID if she doesn't have any?

why she doesn't have a form 137? if she went to high school she should have this document or could have at least file for a request to get a copy from her school. If the school doesn't have a year book, I'm pretty much sure they have a copy of their graduates or any form of records from the Principal/Registrar's office.

Im just wondering if she was able to secure a new school ID (year 2009) which was issued by the school then it means that she has records with the school and thus, she can request for a school transcript or form 137 from her school. Then why not request for a school records/form 137/ school transcript and present it to DFA.

We both thought of this, but we didn't get form 137/school transcript earlier because she needed an "ID", not a "supporting document." However, now that we know she also needs "old" forms, I guess she ought to present her "new" school ID with the "old" school records. Hope this is enough!

Another thing, if she graduated from highschool , even if she didnt buy a yearbook,but maybe the school has a copy of it or maybe her classmates bought one. Am sure coming from small place,where almost everyone knows everybody then she can get a copy or borrow yearbook from her classmates

She doesn't recall that any of her friends bought a yearbook, but she told her parents to ask around to her ex-classmates who are still in the area.

I know how frustrating it is at this time.

I have tried to find the phone number of Samar National School in Catbalogan, but I couldn't find it! They have a Web site online, but no phone number and no e-mail address! My fiancee doesn't know the phone number, so our only hope would be to have her parents travel to Catbalogan to find out.

At this time, my fiancee will head back home for a visit to get her school records and any other "old" documents she can scrounge, then head to Tacloban to (hopefully) get her passport!

She has decided to go back to her hometown to try to get this paperwork from her high school. Thanks for your suggestion and concern!
