Is there a visa fee at the US embassy in Dakar?

How fast is the Dakar embassy on scheduling a CR1 interview?

You will have to be more specific. Where are you in the process? There are lots of fees - filing I-130, then there is the AOS fee, then there is the DS230 fee, there are fees to get birth certificates, police certificates, etc.

For a CR1 process, after paying the $400 for the IV fee, do we have to pay for a visa fee or embassy admin for the interview in Dakar, Senegal? (Beside the Med exams of course).

I know there is a fee, but not sure how much it is - maybe $100.00 USD. you might try emailing the embassy and asking them.

NO there are no more fees for a CR1 visa. Once you have paid the AOS & DS230 fee you are done, with the exception of medical fees, but those are to the dr not to embassy.
