How did you send your DS-3032?

I will be sending the Choice of Agent form tomorrow and I was wondering how you all sent in yours. I feel a little weird just sending one document since everything else involves making a packet. Did you send it just by itself or did you put it inside some folder?

I sent it via email, that's it.

If you mail it - it does not need to be in a folder.

My husband sent his via email...It really cuts costs that way and is more convenient.

Lately, the snail mail has processed MUCH faster than the e-mail, so I would say do both... Send the e-mail from the intending immigrants e-mail address AND mail the form, no packet necessary!!

My husband sent his through snail mail from the UK the second week of September. I believed it got lost in the mail, so had him send it via email about 2 weeks ago. Still no change or sign that they have recieved either and I'm getting really frustrated. He sent another hard copy last week as well. Sooner or later one of them has to get accepted. Feels like we're stuck in a deep rut.
