Just bring them to the interview if you have one or keep them incase you get a RFE for the letters, im not sure but I dont think it would be a huge deal about the letters as long as all the other proof is there in the packet for the support information.

If you try and send them now they might get tangled up and lost somewhere at USCIS which would really suck!

Your I-129f was approved in 5 days from your NOA1 date.

Your interview took 67 days from your I-129F NOA1 date.

AOS was approved in 2 months and 8 days without interview.

ROC was approved in 3 months and 2 days without interview.

I would not send the original letters in without receiving an RFE (Request for Evidence) for them. There is no guarantee they would ever be matched up with your original application in time. If you receive an RFE, it will have a special number and address to which to respond so that they can match up the returned evidence with the file. If you don't have that it is unlikely they would ever get them.

What is likely to happen is that you will either receive the RFE in the mail for the missing documents, or at the interview, so bring them with you to the interview if you do not receive an RFE. No, they are very unlikely to return your package for those two documents missing. Be sure to make photocopies of the letters for your own files as they do require the originals. Good luck.

we never even used employment letters for our k-1. Just have everything organized and it will be fine. Montreal is only hard if you forget documents at the interview or you dont have things organized when you are there. If they RFE you it can be a couple weeks or maybe less depending how fast you send in the papers they request.
