hello everyone..

ok.. right now im doing our affidavit of support and i know that i need a co-sponsor..

i just want to know if im doing right form. i already completed my I-134 form. and for co-sponsor is the "I-864"? or no? let me know please. thanks

05-21-09 : Filed I-129F

05-27-09 : CSC Recieved I-129F

05-29-09 : Touched

06-05-09 : Recieved NOA1 (7:27am) Thank you lord.

08-27-09 : Recieved NOA2

09-04-09 : NOA2 (Hard Copy)

12-03-09 : Interview - PASSED!

12-09-09 : VISA - Thank you lord.

You and your co-sponsor both need to fill out the I-134 + supporting documents. You will not need the I-864 at this point, this is needed after your fiancè has arrived in the US. Good luck!

In addition to the same evidence you submit for your I134, your cosponsor needs to submit evidence that they are a US resident - same thing you submitted with the petition, birth cert, copies of passport, or for resident green card, etc.

K-1:

January 28, 2009: NOA1

June 4, 2009: Interview - APPROVED!!!

October 11, 2009: Wedding

AOS:

December 23, 2009: NOA1!

January 22, 2010: Bogus RFE corrected through congressional inquiry "EAD waiting on biometrics only" Read about it here.

March 15, 2010: AOS interview - RFE for I-693 vaccination supplement - CS signed part 6!

March 27, 2010: Green Card recieved

ROC:

March 1, 2012: Mailed ROC package

March 7, 2012: Tracking says "notice left"...after a phone call to post office.

Cosponsor also fills out a separate I-134. You submit both.

Phil (Lockport, near Chicago) and Alla (Lobnya, near Moscow)

As of Dec 7, 2009, now Zero miles apart (literally)!
