I-129F for K-3 question

In the guide on how to file for a K-3 visa, under the "assembling the I-129F package" checklist, #2 says a cover letter should be included. I can understand that, but not being a very eloquent person, I sought the guidance of the "example forms" tab and looked at the cover letter for the K-1 as there is no example for a cover letter for a K-3. So the question is, in the example cover letter it says to include I-129F Supplement: Part B, Question 18, explanation of meeting in person. So for the K-3 do I need to include this type of paperwork....evidence that we have met in person even though we are already married? Question #18 for a K-3 visa is answered "N/A" and so I assume that I don't need to include a supplement to that answer, I just want to avoid any hassle. My guess is just a table of contents for what I'm sending should be fine.

You'll alter the K-1 cover letter to fit the K-3. You don't need the explanation of meeting in person.

Good luck
