Nope. Nothing. AHHH! I've been watching the September board. They got a little movement - so hopefully we will start getting NOA2s soon!

me that i have to wait the 5 months period till they give me a different type of answer. hope

january is our month.

I am also another September filer and still waiting. Last touch was on October 1st. I really hope things will start becoming faster in January. I believe they must have slowed down in December as it was the holidays time but hopefully now things will get faster this month.

9/1/2009: Applied for I-130

9/14/2009: NOA1 for I-130

9/21/2009: NOA1 for I-129F (CSC)

9/25/2009: NOA1 received for I-129F (receipt of mail)

01/08/2010 : Thank you very much Jesus..... NOA 2 129F

01/15/2010 : Embassy gets the approval notice (Awesome..Love K3...so glad we have done K3)

01/20/2010: Embassy schedules interview for K3

I am an October filer. NOA1 date was Oct 28 and the website says last updated on Oct 30 and nothing since. I'm not going to get too anxious for another month, based on where the September group is at. But in about a month I'll be getting ready for the next step (I hope!).

I am an October filer. NOA1 date was Oct 28 and the website says last updated on Oct 30 and nothing since. I'm not going to get too anxious for another month, based on where the September group is at. But in about a month I'll be getting ready for the next step (I hope!).

Welcome to the waiting room! My NOA1 date is Oct 27, was last updated on Oct 29, and I sent my petition to CLB on Oct 19. I am not sure how much the TPS granted to the illegal Haitians will effect processing times for petitions in the system now, I only hope any delay that might be caused will be short.

Education is what you get from reading the small print. Experience is what you get from not reading it.

Just wanted to let you people know that somebody is working at CSC this week, just got an E-mail and text message informing me that my I-130 petition has been approved! For those of you still waiting hang tight, when you start seeing touches you are close! My last update was stuck at 10/29/2009 forever, received touch on Monday and then again today. I was getting ready for bed when my cell phone received the text at 10:16 tonight! Thanks for the support and advice!!!!!!!! NOA1 to approval was 98 days. :dance:
