A friend of mine asked me if it is ok to fill up the forms in ink or should he do it typed and then sign and date in ink ? I thought you could write it in ink if it is written neatly. Should he have it re-done typed or is it ok to keep it in ink ?

Legible is the only standard. Sign in ink, preferrably blue.

Any combination of printing, typing or handwriting...as long as you can read it
