Not sure if anyone knows for sure. For some people I believe it's been an approval, for others it's been something before they got before getting an RFE.

There are some others posts around here with people getting that exact message.

NO one has been able to confirm it is an approval. From what we have been able to gather it is CSC's weird way of telling you that they have your RFE but that something had to be mailed twice. NO ONE has gotten a NOA2 from that email.

That is one of those mystery notices from the uscis.

There is a bunch of those going around and there is no deffinate answer to either approval or what exactly it means.

It doesnt look like the normal approval's (NOA2).

Well, they sent me the RFE, no address changes on my end, it was sent overnight a week ago...the thing is, we are literally right at the 120 day mark for processing. Of course, the service center is closed now. Go figure.

I hope so. So now I know at least 4 of us got that message. One person got that stutus change July 8 but still no Noa2 in the Mail. In my experience that status was posted once they got my noa1 back after a change of address and they then mailed it again to me. I guess it had something to do with an RFE or they really sent a NOA2.....but with each day that goes by I doubt more an more it is an approval. Mine was dated July 11...I think I should have something in the mail by now. I will call NVSC tomorrow and ask what they sent in the mail and post if I learn anything. I think it has something to do with RFE's

I suggest that you email CSC and have them explain the reason why they gave you that message. When we emailed them, they were able to expain what exactly happened. I'm sure they have a reason for that message. I don't suggest calling the NCSC because if you don't get to talk to the right person, you will only get different and confusing answers.
