my interview was done 22nd of October 2009 and when we check in the emails, it says CARD :dance: ORDERED WAIT TILL 30 DAYS TO MAIL. was that my GC? I hope so. But before anything else, thanks for everyone who had shared all their experiences in all their proceedings. But mostly, THANKS TO THE VISA JOURNEY :star: WEB! without you it is impossible :crying: for us to get through. AGAIn a very big THANKS :thumbs:

but my question is. . .

in the petition my 2 girls which are still in the Philippines was included in the petition by my USC spouse as our sponsor, one is now 22 y/o(unmarried) and the other has turned 21 y/o (unmarried) 3 mos after the filing. is it possible for them to follow me here in the US?

please need any advise on what to do :crying: .

I believe both have aged out. You would have to apply for visa for them if you are a US citizen. Check the visa bulletin: http://travel.state.gov/visa/frvi/bulletin...letin_4576.html

They could apply for a tourist visa if they can show strong ties to the Philippines.

sana me paraan pa. i would like them to finish their courses here at least by the time na makatapos sila adjusted na rin sila as in out na sa culture shock.
