Ok So we went and got my temp driving licence a couple or maybe it was just a week before the green card interview on my ead card. took the written test and passed and had 60 days to take the driving test and pass before the temp driving license runs out on the 26th of this month. Unfortunately very soon after the interview for green card that took up our time and other things we went on holiday. took a good chunk out of our time and to sum it up my problem is I had not spare time to practice and get ready or book an exam before Monday.

It will be too late to book in time now and after only three small attempts in a parking lot I don't think I am ready for LA traffic yet anyhow.

So does anyone know what I have to do now? Can I extend my temp license for another 60 days so i can practice and book or do i have to pay the amount again and take the written test again? :unsure: I'm kicking myself I should have asked about this scenario before I left dmv when I got it. :angry:
