If you're unsure, list it and let them pick the bones out of it at the medical; they'll know well enough if it's an issue or not.

They mean long term medication, but I would list any short term stuff- including the cold medicine in your case- because it may show up in the blood test and you don't want to have to explain after the fact.

Penguin_i, I'm sorry, but I don't understand what you mean to say. I assumed it mean't long term medication but any medication taken now will show up. I think I'll just list it all, to be safe.

The way you just did sounds good. Unless it's a yes/no question, then claim no because it means at present time.

no defo not! That's just paracetamol (or advil) with a bit of decongestant.

Stop worrying.

Just put what you feel is right. Personally, I wouldn't bother as it's not a long-term medication and the doctor will ask if you're on medication anyway and you can say the decongestant. He/she can then add it if they feel they should.
