I was just wondering is the best way to send the petition through courier/express?

If it is, is this is the address : USCIS

Attn: FBAS

131 South Dearborn - 3rd floor

Chicago,IL 60603-5517

And if i live in Texas does anyone have an idea of which service center it will go to, Vermont or California?

Thanks.

I recommend USPS Priority Mail with "Delivery Confirmation".

I recommend USPS Priority Mail with "Delivery Confirmation".

Thank You

If i send it through the USPS Priority Mail with "Delivery Confirmation do you know what address i send it to

For couriers/express deliveries:

USCIS

Attn: FBAS

131 South Dearborn - 3rd Floor

Chicago, IL 60603-5517

OR

the address based on where i live (texas)

If you are the petitioner and you reside in Texas and you are filing only Form I-130, mail the petition to the USCIS Lockbox Facility. The address is as follows:

USCIS

P.O. Box 804616

Chicago, IL 60680-4107

If you send with "delivery confirmation" if there's no one there to sign it's returned to the PO and resent the next day. If it's a a friday they won't get it until monday.

Using Express mail waiving the signature that doesn't happen and you can track it also.

Cost a bit more but it's overnight. I just paid $17.50. Priority takes longer.

K1 denied, K3/K4, CR-1/CR-2, AOS, ROC, Adoption, US citizenship and dual citizenship

!! ALL PAU!

Smart move. Most everone thinks it's faster and better to have delivery confirmation with a signature.

Not correct in dealing with USCIS. The first time I went with Priority Mail with delivery confirmation and ended up having the petition returned to the PO and resent because noone was at USCIS to sign.

For AOS, I-751 and N-400 I did Express and checked the box to waive signature. Tracked it online and got delivery confirmation online also. Only difference is they don't mail you the signature card.

Having everything get there in 1 day is nice also.

Sure was worth the extra bucks.

Actually, "delivery confirmation" is just a scan when the mail goes in the box. There is no signature or potential delay. That's why I recommend it over express mail with a signature.
