documents needed for petitioning parents??????

I am citizen now and Im going to bring my parents here to live. They're from the Philippines and I want to make it sure what are the documents or requirements I needed to start the application. Thank you so much.

First thing is to have mom and pops get their NSO cerified copies of their BCs and marriage. It can be a problem with older documents in the Philippines.

Next they need to fill out the G325As [You can fill them out for them and send for their signature or if they are PC literate they can do them themselves.] [Friend or relative also]. You fill out a I-130 for each.

Check out "Ling ches NVC shortcuts" also.

That will get you started.
