what goes to NVC?

Hello,

Have a couple of question on behalf of my unmarried over 21 brother, who is being sponsored by our citizen mother.

We already paid the $400 fee bill, and getting ready to send the DS230 package to NVC.

Questions:

What goes to NVC, just the DS 230 application along with the cover page, or my brother has to include all other paperwork (Birth Cert, Military cert, police cert)?

Birth Cert, Military cert, police cert all need translation. I am competent to do it. Can I, being his sister who lived in US and was deported?

You must include supporting evidence when submitting the DS-230. Follow the link Export of Dhaka provided. If you don't include the "other paperwork," then you will get a request for more evidence which will drag out your mother's case.
