On the letter of intent and G-325A forms, when it asks for her signature, does she sign in English or Russian?

And when it asks for her name do I use her middle name even when it doesn't say to?

Both of these don't matter.

A signature doesn't have a language. Some signatures are unintelligible. In Russia, this is actually standard. A signature is more like a personalized drawing than the spelling of someone's name.

Ditto, just need an original signature.

I typed my S/O's name, including patronymic, and she put her "squiggle" above it. Worked like a charm!

It was actually quite funny the first few months she was here because she had to develop an "English" signature. It's still somewhat of a squiggle, but you can almost see her name in it. Every now and then I'll find an old paper and we'll check the evolution of the drawing into words.

she uses her signature. Alla's signature is not of any earthly language, works just fine though.

But I typed her name in English, now she has to sign above it.

I did the same. I typed the letter in English and she signed it with her signature that she uses every day. Your signature is your signature and you should use only one.

I have her name in Russian on my computer. So I copied and pasted under her English name, so I'm covered.
