If you do not know all I-130's are being sent to CA now. My sentor's office let me know this last Friday when I came in for them to check my paper work. So you must send your I-130's to CA. They are changing the system. In the new system they are working out were you may soon be able to send the I-130 and I129F togther. The K3's and K-1's go to Missiouri. Right now K-3's are ahead by 2 months but there is a back up starting with K-1's and K-3's due to the Marriage Broker paper work they have 20,000 to process. The Cr-1's make go through faster. I was told to post this. I know that some may not trust their sentors office but they seemed to know what they were doing when I went. I hope this maybe helpful.

One Luv, (L)

So you must send your I-130's to CA

Whilst there is restructuring going on within the system, until such time that USCIS releases said information, petitions should continue to be submitted to the service center that has jurisdiction over the petitioner's place of residence. To do otherwise at this stage may cause even further delays to ones petition. It may very well be that the new filing instructions will come into effect when the new I-130 (due soon) is released.

Thanks for the information. When I get back in late August I will send it where my sentor tells me to. Thanks for the information. If he is telling me the rules say CA then I will follow later in about a month. This why all the case though are going to CA.
