Hey,

This is really a nice service. I was able to create my passport photos really easily.

I wish they had an option to order it by mail without me having to go to the store, but even without it it's a great service.

Thanks,

John

Hi,

thank you for this reference... I was looking for the same thing myself. I looked in a few online passport photo services, but all seemed too complicated for a non-computer person like me.

however, I did try your site www.passportcorner.com and it works great! simple and easy.

thanks again,

Amy

I contacted passportcorner.com and asked them to add the option to order my photos via mail and here's what they've wrote:

Dear Mr. Dimenstein,

We are glad to hear that you've found our our service useful and we appreciate your post in VisaJourney.com which helps us spread the word about our service.

As we got more requests from our users to have an option to order passport photos via mail we have decided to enable this option and it will be available in the coming weeks in our web site.

To keep our service attractive and easy we want to assure you that our prices will be as low as it can be and cheaper than most if not all of in-store passport photos services.

Please come and visit us soon.

Best regards,

Dan Bar-Shalom

Suppose I could try it, got Correl photo for free when I purchased a scanner, has a grid and everything on it, and we seem to have several digital cameras. Got a white sheet and a hundred watt bulb for backlighting, and did it myself paying Walgreens 19 cents for six photos. Only problem I had was convincing my wife she could not wear earings, could not smile, but could be bare naked as only her neck up was shown well, part of her shoulders.

sounds like a great idea to me :)

i did some reading about it, it seems that Walgreens didn't really like the idea of people making their own passport photos at home and printing it as a standard picture for 20 cents - when they can easily charge you over $10 for taking your passport photo... anyway, i've recently used www.passportcorner.com for making my daughter's passport photos - don't know if you tried it, but taking a baby's passport photo can be a tedious experience when done at a photo booth... much better done at home!

and good luck convincing your wife :)
