What can I say, Peejay is nicer than I am.

Actually I need to correct myself. Post 2000 (figures):

• While Mexicans make up 1.7% of the world's population, over the last few years, 34.9% of immigrants to the United States are from Mexico.
• Whereas 1.1% are from Canada; Mexico has 3.2 times Canada's population.
• South America has: 385,742,554 people ~ 5.9% of the word's population but makes up 58.7% of post 2000 immigrants to the United States.

Does that seem fair and equitable to you?

What can I say, Peejay is nicer than I am.

At this point in time I'd describe my reaction more as dumbfounded than than nice. I've been watching the train wreck this country has been heading toward for the last 1/4+ century. Obama is just more grease on the rails to hell. At this point I'm so disgusted that I'm speechless. I wouldn't mistake that for nice. It's more apathy than anything else.
