I think we should preserve open-pollinated plants because it is important to pass on genetic variety for the future of our crops and Monsanto should be banned.

:o Outrage.

Do you think it will work? Or do you think he will just send my husband a letter talling him to give me 45 additional lashes?

No. Gave him some Kool Aid and he cooled down. Maybe he got offended when I said my gramma is Irish.

Could be... everyone knows those Irish are crappy people, always getting drunk and eating potatoes while dancing jigs around fires made of peat logs and calling each other brothers.

None of my posts have ever been helpful. Be forewarned.

But when we turn to the Hebrew literature, we do not find such jokes about the donkey. Rather the animal is known for its strength and its loyalty to its master (Genesis 49:14; Numbers 22:30).

:crying: all the good :crying: MENA men-posters are gone, what else am I to do? I am thinking about adding another fanclub to my fanclubs.. I have the abdo fanclub, the arthur kade fanclub, and the Abdelkarim fanclub... should I branch out and go for the BY fanclub? The problem is his English skillz are too superior to have me make a fanclub for him, and so nothing awesome is ever said like "you are full of crab" or other priceless moments...

Does this look like equitable immigration to anyone?

back106.gif

Kinda seems like immigration to New York City in the 1800's except, oh wait, the 54 percent would be Irish. And you'd be dissing my great-great grandma instead of some Mexican guy.

That is a bit of a stretch considering this is 2009. Totally different era back then. Heck, using something from 30 years ago is a stretch. The United States is also not South America; as such, rather than wing it, civilized countries tend to do things in order and use rules.

The above graph clearly shows that Mexicans have taken it on themselves to jump the line as they see fit. That is not what equitable immigration is all about. Perhaps if someone of you actually lived in other first world countries, countries actually recognized for quality of life, you would soon find the many of your left wing yank views regarding immigration are not shared by others. What would they know anyway right? They're only ranked higher than the US for quality of life. Whereas, we have minorities. Beat that Europe and Australia.

Oh wait, 1/4 of Australian citizens were actually born overseas. I think the problem with Hispanics probably has something to do with me being Aussie, as Australia does not seem to be too kind to people from Northern South America. Aka not interested. Most people who migrate from there are generally the southern part of South America. Chile, Argentina etc.

According to the Internal Revenue Service, the 400 richest American households earned a total of $US138 billion, up from $US105 billion a year earlier. That's an average of $US345 million each, on which they paid a tax rate of just 16.6 per cent.

I used to live in a First World country (the USA), but that was years ago. All I can do now is lament on what was. As one that has lived through it, I would say that the USA is an example of what not to do. US immigration policy is a dismal failure. The inmates run the asylum.

"Credibility in immigration policy can be summed up in one sentence: Those who should get in, get in; those who should be kept out, are kept out; and those who should not be here will be required to leave."

"...for the system to be credible, people actually have to be deported at the end of the process."

US Congresswoman Barbara Jordan (D-TX)

Testimony to the House Immigration Subcommittee, February 24, 1995

Shut up racist! You are going to eat modern America and like it. A country where citizens of one country and region get to dominate immigration. A country where while our poor are left for dead, we take care of foreign nationals.

PS What do you hate brown people?
