Nah, it cannot be the same group of people who I accused of doing so earlier. Just 'another' coincidence of these unique individuals 'thinking alike'. Definitely not a case of them supporting one another.

I don't think anyone believed you were serious BY ;)

guilty of wwb - walking while brown. they'd probably pick me up too.

My husband looks Cuban.. they'd pick him up too :) Not me, though, except for green eyes, I'd pass the regular Hitler standard.

I've always wondered... would they accidentally pick up Booyah? :innocent:

None of my posts have ever been helpful. Be forewarned.

I was defamed because so and so said nasty things on the internet - priceless.

Actually can be sued for defaming on the net. I read of a case a while back, where a poster was sued for talking #######. Not to mention a model recently sued google (not some VJ) and acquired details of an anonymous poster talking ####### about her. She actually called her up and confronted her.

According to the Internal Revenue Service, the 400 richest American households earned a total of $US138 billion, up from $US105 billion a year earlier. That's an average of $US345 million each, on which they paid a tax rate of just 16.6 per cent.

I don't think you really understand the concept of defamation.

The problem with doing something like the is not the money, let alone being able to. Case law clearly states I can. However, it's that it would make you believe that I actually care what you guys call me or think about me. Insults just embolden me.

Wrong actually. Calling someone names on the net, is and has been considered defamation.

Only when it causes you measurable and demonstrable harm.

Man is made by his belief. As he believes, so he is.

Money certainly is a problem when you don't have it. In other words, you couldn't.

Dude, no offense but excluding your buddies here, who takes you seriously? Yeah I am sure you and your buds think they same about me. At least I accept the feeling is mutual. You clearly do not.

If I call you a "#######" its not defamation.

Defamation would be, for example, if you falsely accused someone of being a child molester and they lost their job.

Back on topic.

As per usual, I at least post something to back my point. Whereas, you guys post nothing more than your opinion.
