my husband and i was thinking about bringing my sister cristy here in america for student visa and how we can petition her that she is only 16 years old and shes graduating in high school?

does my husband can petition her since im not american citizen yet? or any family we can bring here.

Neither of you can petition a student visa for your sister.

Your sister must have an acceptance letter from a US college before she can apply for a student visa. She cannot apply for a student visa if no school as accepted her.

You and your husband can provide financial support for her to attend school.
