Hello, Visa Journeyers!!

I am prepping my I751 package. I know I need to get as much evidence as I can.

My husband and I dont have too many joint bills. This is what I have so far:

Cover letter

I751

Copy of green card front and back

Join Tax returns 2007 and 2008

Copy of our daughter's birth certificate

Copy of my husband's will (Should I include this)

Copy of my husband's power of attorney

Copy of joint checking account bank statements from feb 2008 until today

Copy of my husband's life insurance policy

Copy of my husbands health insurance showing me and the baby as beneficiaries.

Affidavit sworn of my mother in law (Do I need one more affidavit?)

Copy of my husband's military orders

some pictures of us

Copies of joint cellphone account bills

Copies water bills on my name

Copies of electricity bills on my husband's name

Copies of cable, phone and internet bills on my name

Do I need to add more evidence?. please help me.

Do you think that just one affidavit sworn should be enough?? Should I get a second one?

My name is not on any of the car tittles, neither on the mortgage. will this affect my application?

I agree, you have solid, essential evidences. You are good to go. 2 affidavits are not mandatory, throw one more in if that makes you feel better Not all of us have cars or mortgages. You should be just fine.

I did not send sworn affidavit. The birth certificate of your baby and the copy of joint tax return is good enough + those copies you're about to send. Actually, you're sending more than i sent when i filed my I751.

Wow, Congratulations!!! That was fast. I might have to wait longer to get approved because I have to send my papers to the Vermont Service Center and that office is very slow.

-Green Card Expired 01/26/2010

-My son birth certificate here in USA

-Copy of Passport/Green Card

-Copy Health Insurance Cards Kaiser/Dental included my son, wife names

-Copy Tax Returns 2007/2008

-Copy of car insurance policy included my wife name

-Copy Beneficiary included my wife and son name

-Family pictures

-copy marriage certificate in Santa Clara, CA

no bank, phone, or mortgage statements. I hope no RFE.
