I-864 or I-864A

im a college student with no income, that the government knows about, would my parents need to fill out I-840A? I dont think they have me as a dependent on their income taxes, they stopped declaring me 4 years ago. How can i use their income, do we all do i864? they still support me and pay for my college ect... they just dont claim me on their taxes.

Do you live in the same household? If no, then they file an 864... If yes, then they file an 864A

yeah i live in their house. So, they cans till do i-840A even if they dont claim me, right? as long as i live in their home.

The financial document is the 864... not the 840... And you will fill out an 864 claiming you and your husband (even though you do not make enough) and your father will fill out the 864A and count his dependents and add your husband as a dependent...

No, he does not addyou, but he has to add the intending immigrant and your mother and father will fill out the 864A
