Sorry for asking a stupid question but what all is involved in processing your petition? what is it that they do, like back ground checks and all that. i recieved my noa1 sept 1st, oct 9th recieved rfe. forgot to answer one question, got it back to them oct16th, what is taking so long to get noa2?? others that filed right before and within a week after have gotten there noa2, i wanna know wheres MINE?? did they give it to the biggest idiot working there, thought they worked on the quoata system the more you got out the better you looked, so if that one question was the only thing holding it back it should have been out the door by now. any answers??

Read all about it straight from a former USCIS adjudicator. Click link below...

The average time for a K1 NOA2 for the last 6 months is 120 days. Plus add the time for your RFE. Since this time is only an average your timeline can be shorter or longer. The USCIS likes to make you learn patience.

Hi there.. don't worry you'll have it soon, just be patient. I know we filed for CR-1, when we got rfe for my stepdaughter coz we haven't filed it together with the mother, we haven't received email or touches after we sent it back to them but it just surprised us they sent us the hard copy of NOA2 7 days after.

You will have it soon....

Good Luck..
