Yes I have read them, but I just want to know if it is bad and if we can do something, and thank you so much..

I was under AP at NVC last year for 53 days. Then we were released from the extra checks, I was interviewed and I did get my K1 Visa. So I wouldn't say it means there is anything wrong, or that it is bad, but I will tell you I was told at interview it was random.

Have a read of the links I sent you, one is a thread for people who are in AP at NVC, and the other is a list of what they might be checking for. You will find those links answer a lot of questions.

There is nothing you can do while you are in AP to hurry it up. They will tell you if you ring that there is no time limit and that it takes as long as it takes.

While I waited, I had my medical and made sure that all my paperwork was in order for the interview. That way once we were released there were no more delays.

I can explain it to you. But I can't understand it for you.

Don't worry. Its perfectly normal. Being under administrative review doesn't mean that there is anything wrong with your case. They just need more time to compile evidences or various files together or are probably waiting for certain background checks to come through. My case took more that 10 months to reach its final conclusion that included 3 months of waiting for a decision after the interview.

Good Luck.
