Me and my husband are getting ready to file I-130, I-485 and etc.

My husband doesn't meet poverty level as he is a full time student and has a loan. He has $ 15 000 gross income for 2008.

His dad will help us.

What form should my husband and his dad fill out ?

Should his dad send the form then to us?

Is it considering to be joint sponsorship?

And I believe it is not necessary for dad to live with us?

They both need to fill out a I-864 Affidavit of Support

Should his dad send the form then to us?

Yes along with his evidence such as tax returns, letter of employment, pay stubs etc

Is it considering to be joint sponsorship?

Yes his father would tick the box on his form that he is a joint sponsor while your husband would tick the box on his form that says he will be the primary sponsor

And I believe it is not necessary for dad to live with us?

That is correct
