:help: Hi all. I got a situation here. A K1 applicant whose about to file for an AOS has previous medical records due to her first K1 application back in 2002 (this was denied and she went back to the PI in '04). The applicant had her follow-up medical/vaccinations(she got vaccined again) and x-ray from the USCIS clinic facilities around '03 and of course for her 2nd K1 application she had another set of medical from St. Lukes, the hospital did not vaccine her anymore but checked the records that was done.Wonder if she still needs to go for the follow up check up or get vaccined. is it possible for USCIS to check on her old records to know or can she submit some medical proofs along with AOS application form?
