So an idea was put forth in the other thread about each regional forum having a designated moderator, each of whom would be responsible for that particular regional forum. I'd like to re-visit that topic if we could please.

Ewok, maybe we could try this on a trial basis? Say 3-4 low to medium traffic forums to work the kinks out and then fine-tune from there? This would be a good place for regional members to nominate members within their own communities who they believe would be good mods.

Actually, that is a good idea. If the regional forums mods are in truch organizers 'w/ benefis' but can't ban or un-ban members, then it makes sense for the forum to be moderated by one of its own. Only someone who knows that forum as a 'native' so to speak can truly get its nuances.

But when we turn to the Hebrew literature, we do not find such jokes about the donkey. Rather the animal is known for its strength and its loyalty to its master (Genesis 49:14; Numbers 22:30).

And Spooky for the land down under.

Don't just open your mouth and prove yourself a fool....put it in writing.

It gets harder the more you know. Because the more you find out, the uglier everything seems.

Why not the highest traffic first like : MENA, Europe, East Asia, Philippines.

Some of the regionals are so quiet I'm not even sure Ewok would remember he appointed someone to watch them. With the higher traffic forums he'll see more results for good or bad from which to base a decision.

It's up to Ewok, but I'd recommend starting with low to medium traffic forums first, just to get a handle on how it's going to work.
