Hong Kong Police Clearance - how long does it take??

Hi everyone.

Well, I'm in the last stages of my k-1 application process, and am just waiting for my interview date, which I won't get until the US embassy here in Brussels receives the police clearance from Hong Kong, where I lived for 8 years.

So I know that a number of people have had to request HK police clearance, but I can't seem to find an answer on how long it usually takes. Officially, they say 3 - 4 weeks to process, but I just wanted to see if anywhere out there could tell me how long it took for them to actually get that clearance.

Hong Kong police should have received my application at the beginning of this week or so. When do you think I can expect the US embassy to receive results?

Anyone?

So tired of all this waiting!

Improved USCIS Form G-325A (Biographic Information)

Form field input font changed to allow entry of dates in the specified format and to provide more space for addresses and employment history. This is the 6/12/09 version of the form; the current version is 8/8/11, but previous versions are accepted per the USCIS forms page.

we are still waiting for my fiancee letter from us embassy to send to hong kong with fingerprints and cheak ,so we are wondering how long it will take for hong kong to send to embassy too
