Indeed. Why would anyone want a better standard of living :P

God wants us to live like John Galt's. The Conservopedia project says so. Maybe you value your corporal "life" over the will of the Lord, but that's because you're just a bad human being. A socialist.

Man is made by his belief. As he believes, so he is.

What about Central America? We're even nexter to them ;)

Cleo a number of us realized a long time ago not to expect anything more from you or Pikey than witty comments and your favorite, being PC.

That is why I laugh when you two speak, yet I think of the sheer volume of Brits leaving the UK and migrating to Aus. I guess those that are rejected end up here.

According to the Internal Revenue Service, the 400 richest American households earned a total of $US138 billion, up from $US105 billion a year earlier. That's an average of $US345 million each, on which they paid a tax rate of just 16.6 per cent.

I can even see Central America from my window - I'm waving at them now :)

It is sad that the nearest foreign land from where I currently sit lies in the socialist province of Quebec.

You should be very afraid! You know how those socialists like to invade things ;)

:(

Exactly! That shut you up faster than a clam didn't it?

Refusing to use the spellchick!

I have put you on ignore. No really, I have, but you are still ruining my enjoyment of this site. .

I laugh when you speak, cause I keep wondering why it is that you judge anyone by whether or not they want to move to Australia.

Its as though you can't imagine that a person might have different life goals.

Well were not exactly going away from Socialism. I think what a lot of people take issue with is having strong socialist characteristics similar to what you would in find in a lot of Europe, heading that direction is what people often take issue with, yes we have our problems here in the states that need to be fixed but I dont think that modeling the United States after Finland is the only answer or the best answer.

Who should Chrysler look to as an example of building cars? GM (because they're American) or VW and Honda?

Clearly not Honda, their cars are #######.

Yeah that must be it.

I forget, you are so unique. Just interesting that you share the exact same views on everything, with every one of your buddies. That is as unique as it gets.

BY - you just said that anyone from the UK who isn't living in Australia must have tried and failed, hence they ended up in the US.

I'm sorry to break it to you - but I've never wanted to live in Aus. In fact I'd rather live in New Zealand, if I had the luxury of deciding spontaneously where I wanted to live.

Never been to Aus either. I have fvcked a couple of your women though - perhaps that counts?

Why would you want to move to a country where everyone is either a descendant of a criminal or an immigrant? :jest:

The funny thing (as everyone knows) is that London is full of Aussies.

They must be traitors, surely the only explanation.

Or Australia could be exporting its criminals to infect the UK

Personally I think people take issue with this stuff for the wrong reasons - and they often don't know what they are objecting to. As has been shown on here innumerable times people have great difficulty perceiving the distinction between liberalism, socialism, social democracy and communism.

Well I what I take issue with is that I think I am best fit to see how my money is spent as opposed to the government.

You spelled Brett Favre's name incorrectly for a good 3 weeks. That precludes you from being best equipped to know how to spend your own money.

Everyone thinks they know how to better spend their money than the government does. This is micro attempt at a macro issue.

How do you figure that?

Aussies are known to travel. Amazing!

Brits are migrating to Aus permanently. Like with every other topic here, you fail to grasp the difference.
