K1 are usually processed by the consulate with jurisdiction. Check out the K1 link in visa journey for more information.

You do not have to have an original of the NOA2. They usually suggest you provide a copy. I did send my original of my birth certificate and divorce decree bc I read that they have the right to ask for them. Copies of tax returns, pay stubs are fine. The fee is usually $131.00 to be paid at the interview and a fee of around $14.00 to have the passport mailed back to the beneficiary. I would highly suggest going under the forums and going under the beneficiary's region because each embassy is very different and it is very helpful to read others postings. I have found out A LOT by doing that but it takes time and research. There are basic guidelines for everyone on here but the specifics can be very different. For example, the London Embassy prefers certain questions on the I-134 answered differently than other embassys. I would have not known that had I not done the research under the UK.

Did you submit yours (the divorce decree) with the original I-129F? You may can use a certified copy. I am not familiar with your embassy, London, from what I have read on here probably won't ask for mine because they are more concerned with the I-134 but again, every embassy is different. I sent mine just in case. I would suggest posting the question about your divorce decree in a forum for your specific embassy just to make sure. Good Luck with everything!

Just to clarify - for K-1s, nothing needs to be submitted to NVC. NVC will perform their checks and forward your file on to the embassy. You will pay the NIV fee of $131 and any courier fee for return of your passport and visa at the embassy (or a designated bank in some countries).

I-134 and supporting documents, as well as originals of documents submitted as copies with the I-129F (birth certificates, divorce decrees, etc.) should be sent to your fiance so they can be taken to the interview or submitted in advance in the Packet 3 response. This varies by embassy/consulate, so wait for Packet 3 or check your embassy or consulate's web site for the Packet 3 instructions.
