That is great news!!! I am only a month behind you I believe with the I-130 so perhaps now that mine has been transfererd from Vermont to Californina, then we will get ours soon as well!! That would be totally awesome. I NEEDED to see some good today ;)~ THANKS FOR SHARING!! And goodluck on the rest of your journey!

TIMELINE

04/29/2006......MARRIED MY VERY OWN CLOWN WOOOHOOOO

Now we are through with immigration until the end of 2008. Please read my timeline to see our process. Remember, patience is a beatuiful thing if you can remember to keep it...I will be damned if we did lol. We are all here on this site for the same reason...lets all help one another...

I opened my e-mail this morning thinking I was going to see "RFE" but I really got a letter of APPROVAL for my I-130! Yipeeeeee! So the K-3 is being held up for quite some time so I think we will be going just with the CR-1 from here on out. Good luck to everyone and I'll probably be posting more in the CR-1 forum from now on. Good luck on a bunch of speedy journeys!

I am with you too on this. My timeline is identical to Belize, I hope I get some news soon. They also transfered my I130 from Vermont to California.

I do not wish to share any information about this dead end journey.........I have reached my final destination on this train, and it is time for me to get off.

You will find it much more pleasant as you have a certain amount of control with things as opposed to none at all with the service centers.

2 Mar. 2006 - RFE for payment problem; 3 Mar. - corrected & mailed; 6 Mar. - USCIS rec'd payment

12 June 2006 - APPROVED! (NOA-2)

20 June 2006 - case number assigned

3 July 2006 - DS-3032 and AOS Fee bill generated; 6 July - emailed DS-3032 Choice of Agent

Belize, this is great news and we all needed to hear some. A few others may be following your lead, pursuing CR-1 instead of K3 as originally planned. The stress is killing us. Now you see a clear path and hopefully, a better one. Godspeed!

Thanks everyone for all of your support! I will take any and all short cuts I learn about.....and on a side note, since all we ever talk about are boring visas, my husband and i are spending our anniversary in Tulum, Mexico (we took the bus up from belize) and it is soooo beautiful and relaxing! i know i am lucky to have an extended visit with my husband, which is only because i´m in between having graduated university and starting a job in august...so we are enjoying ourselves and have decided not to even talk about visa ####### while on vacation...lol....much love and support to everyone and i´m glad my approval gave ya a timeline
