AoS / NOA how long do I wait and what can I do?

Following entry and marriage using the K-1 Visa, as soon as were married and got the 693 Vaccination record from a Civil Surgeon I sent in the 485 & documents. I sent in the paperwork with the required check to Chicago - using the address provided for in the 485 for Fed Ex and like deliveries.

I know it was received on October 9th. I have no NoA since then. I have checked on the time-lines here and no one has waited this long from what I can see. What can I do? As I do not have the NoA - I do not have a case number.

If you payed by check, you can look and see if the check was cashed and the money taken from your account, they stamp the checks with the case number too ( sometimes its hard to read the stamp tho)

You been waiting a week and a half I would give it a few more days, some people it takes 2 weeks.

this is also in the wrong section! If someone could move it to the aos section =)

Your I-129f was approved in 5 days from your NOA1 date.

Your interview took 67 days from your I-129F NOA1 date.

AOS was approved in 2 months and 8 days without interview.

ROC was approved in 3 months and 2 days without interview.

I am a Citizen of the United States of America. 04/16/13

The check cleared my bank 10-16-2009. That was 8 days after they received our packet. I do see the MSC number on the back. Thanks.

We are now 12 days since they received the packet and five days since the check cleared our bank without the NOA notice. That does not seem right.

Following your hint about the case number I found the MSC number - replaced MSC with WAC and was able to find out that:

"On October 15, 2009, we received this I130 IMMIGRANT PETITION FOR RELATIVE, FIANCE(E), OR ORPHAN, and mailed you a notice describing how we will process your case."

So the letter was "sent" on the 15th - but it never arrived.

Thanks for the help!

That's someone else's form—take note that it's the wrong form number. Use the MSC number exactly as it appears on the back of the check; MSC is the prefix for Missouri Service Center (aka the National Benefits Center). By the way, this is a very good thing: your I-485 being handled at the NBC most likely means that AOS will be approved without an interview.

Moving to AOS forum...

Improved USCIS Form G-325A (Biographic Information)

Form field input font changed to allow entry of dates in the specified format and to provide more space for addresses and employment history. This is the 6/12/09 version of the form; the current version is 8/8/11, but previous versions are accepted per the USCIS forms page.

The MSC + the number can not be tracked. So if that is not my number (although the timing would be spot on) I still have no idea what is happening. If that is the case... some letter must have been sent as the check was cashed and got to my bank by the 16th. I still am without the letter. What are my options?
