So is the theory only black people make up stories? Or is this reversal by the victim, with law enforcement confident 'something' did indeed happen regardless of her new statement proof of much of anything? Those are my questions, I don't recall this incident when it originally occurred.

Who was floating any theory?

Seems we do have a cottage industry of a "select few" who make it their lively-hood to chase after and inflame these racial cases to the point where facts and reason become trampled.

This is slightly off topic, but I have to say that this is much more apparent in the South. I moved from a Northern state and I had no idea of the things that go on and how people can be. My eyes have been opened.

I'll leave by saying that there seems to be a great number of people feeling "entitled" here. And they pretty much get whatever it is they think they are entitled to.

It's a whole different ball game in the South.

I had soda fly out of my nose once when I actually heard someone say they want "mo monee".

According to the Internal Revenue Service, the 400 richest American households earned a total of $US138 billion, up from $US105 billion a year earlier. That's an average of $US345 million each, on which they paid a tax rate of just 16.6 per cent.
