I have sent my wife's DS-3032 by email two weeks ago and I have received my AOS bill and that has been paid. I have also sent in my AOS package but still no IV bill generated and my DS-3032 is still being proccessed.

How long did it take for everyone else for their DS-3032 to go through?

Should I mail it in since it has been two weeks since I mailed it in?

call the NVC ang follow up ur Ds3032.. mine it will take 1 week more. some it will take 7 days and 2 weeks,

to update the AVR

check ur INVOICE BILL.. once it shows there IV BILL not paid, now u can pay 400$ for IV BILL

they will not sent u a confirmation.. but if say NOT INVOICE don't pay.. just wait..

Looks like we're in the same boat.

I e-mailed my ds-3032 on Oct 4 and I still do not receive any acceptance other than auto response email.

I called live operator on Tuesday and she said they are still processing email receiving before Oct 4.

There is a large volume of emails right now. She told me to wait for a little longer.

When did you email yours in?

Anyway, I also mailed in the hard copy since last Friday.

Guess there's nothing we can do but to wait further.

I emailed mine on October 9th and the only reponse I have received is the automatic email received confirmation from the NVC. I have called the NVC during the past few days and they said it has not been processed yet and even if it gets proccessed, it takes up to 5 days for it to be approved. If they are still processing emails prior to October 4th, then I am going to wait longer than you! Well, good luck and hopefully we can start seeing some progress done soon. That's different from what I was told. I called nvc again last night. The operator suggested me to resend a hard copy. I said I already mailed in a hardcopy (snail mail) on Oct 16. He sounded so wondering and said that nvc normally put into the system once they receive a physical form and that my snail mail might not yet reach nvc office. I will express-mail the form again today. Just an experiment to see if hard copy is faster than email.

yeah, the operator is right. They would scan the bar code on the form when they get to it. They keep telling me the mail room is filled with documents and when they get to the form, they would scan it and then it would take about 5 days for it to be approved. I might mail mines in now just to see what happens..

I got acceptance for my ds-3032 this afternoon. Apparently nvc processed my email.

Believe your email should be accepted some times next week. Best of luck.

I'm beyond frustrated waiting for my husband's DS-3032 to be accepted/processed. He mailed a hard copy the second week of September, and emailed it at least 3 weeks ago, as well as sent another hard copy last week. yeah im having the same problem. It took the NVC 3 days to receive my AOS package but it has been 3 weeks since I sent out my DS-3032 and they havent touched it! doesnt make sense

Our DS3032 was FINALLY processed and our IV invoice was made available TODAY! YIPEEEEEEEEEE!!!!
