One more question... On your husband's G-325a for the I-130 did he put the same as you or did he put permanent resident on both his different G-325a's? (The i-130 one and the i-485 one...) If you remember... Thank you so much. I think i've read the forms so much strating to overthink the questions...

We hope to be October filers but depends how fast we can get the marriage cert, medical done and getting letters together from friends and fam... If not we'll be early Nov filers... If we make October we'll def be joining the october board

No problem, glad to help :star:

And thanks, me too! I've been checking our bank account twice a day to see if they've cashed the checks yet and the mailman and I are now on a first name basis

Oh and I should add I now check VJ like 50 times a day, haha! It's funny b/c I'm the USC but I'm more worried about it then my husband and he's the one immigrating!

Dear Mebbe,

Hi,

Can you answer my question too?

It is a little bit confusing, who should write "Other: I-130 form"? Beneficiary or US Citizen?

Thanks you very much,

BCN-CAL

The usc, the beneficiary would check permanent residence status

The US Citizen is the one who writes "Other: I-130 form".
