question re: juvenile record

Another problem is I'm in the U.S for the next 6 months with my fiance. I'll be returning home in October and hopefully by then my interview will be scheduled. So I won't have enough time to even get the court records if they can even find them

If you cannot provide the documents the USCIS requires, they will not issue you a visa.

If you lie to them, you face the very real possibility that they will bar you from ever entering the United States again.... aka a lifetime bar. Issues and obstacles may take some time, but they are waiverable. There is no appeal process for misrepresentation..... the officer's word is final.

Exactly right. You'd better go and unearth those documents. DO NOT jeopardize your visa -and the rest of your life- because of a 6 month stay right now.
