vaccinations/ civil surgeon problem

I got the remaining vaccinations I needed to submit my AOS. The only problem is that the surgeon wouldn't sign off the paperwork of the required forms unless I have a full medical exam with them. But I have already had a medical exam prior to entry into the united states. I am deeply confused about what to do as we have asked 2 civil surgeons and they have both said I need a full medical exam. But this goes against what USCIS are saying on there website.

What should we do now???

Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Thanks ahead of time
