When clearly you do not, and you calling him a WASP is racist if you look at it from a white person view, look at what you say. Well it is true Sotomayor is SCOUS because of her ethnicity alone, hello, open your damn eyes please, Ovomit only nominated her for his own personal vote getting agenda for future elections, cause if you think she is the most qualified person for this, wrong, if she were white and made the racist comments or rulings she has made she would not even be considered for the job and oh by the way the brother Al Sharpton and Jesse Jackson along with Rainbow coalition and NACCP would be calling for her head and you know it. This garbage of trying to have it both ways is going to come to an end and stop. Too many incompetent and inept minorities have been hired and placed in positions of trust that clearly do not belong there.

That's like saying someone who is wheelchairbound could be a theoretical physicist (looking like that).

Knowing the senior manager in question like I do, I believe his intent was to say Sotomayor is SCOTUS justice because of her ethnicity alone and that therefore, the cafeteria lady could be also. By self-reflection is to look at the stats. "Is that for real?" "How will the people in the US think of Hispanics?" "They think we're dumb?"

This is why in school they teach something about, "MAKING A DIFFERENCE"

I'd say, given the right tools the Hispanics would probably win the success probability of the stats. But, when one must be politically correct, you cannot judge someone based on race.

Depends on the workplace and who is running it. Not all workplaces play to the racebaiting and or allow the race card game to be played out.

Well it is a factual statement, open your eyes, sure Sotomayer is a minority fill the quota affirmative action let me make the Latin groups feel good and vote more me statement. If Sotomayer were white she would never have been considered. And she is clearly a racist and a bigot of whites and men, he words have been spoken and well documented, she is a racist appointed by another racist. Truth.

MC, after seeing the stats it immediately made me racist against Mexicano and/or Latinos. Why aren't they climbing up? That would be a better question than the one presented.

What you are doing calling a white person a WASP is a racial slur label. It amazes me how people come to the USA and think that because they are a minority they get special handout or treatment to do and say and act like they feel or want without any retribution because if we all did this in the country from which we immigrated from, we all know it would not be tolerated or allowed. Only in the USA. So why ruin it or pick on white people from USA, they did build and create the USA like it or not. And yet here we all are from other countries living here now.
