I'm talking about BY's crazy topics not the your topic, which pretty much shows how this thread went from a topic related to a comment made by your co-worker to god knows what BY and the rest were fighting about

Its because he (BY) insists on turning any thread that contains a sniff of race politics into the usual ranting about minorities and how whites are somehow hard done by because of alleged double standards.

The arguments are the same (and just as flawed), as is the mode of presentation - statistics coupled with unreasonable conclusions to justify prejudiced, derogatory comments.

You gotta love BY's brand of logic. It's either something he's made up and uses the term "I heard from my local ___________" as a premise to try to add some sort of legitimacy to it, or it's some factoid quoted off some batsh!t website dedicated to blaming non-white people for all the problems in america.
