I am concerned about returning to America with the AP documents in married name

and passport in maiden name, with tickets in maiden name...

Any one with any recent experience with this ???

I have heard from another forum that a Russian women was denied exiting Russia because

of passport being in maiden name and she had a greencard in married name...

My wife only has AP documents, no greencard ... Leaving SVO 2 Moscow to Atlanta ...

rkintn

delta has no problem with it ... It is the passport control officers that could cause the problem,

especailly at the Russian airport... Once at POE in the US I see no problem..

Really i was just looking for someone that may have already had been thru this...

She does have a marriage& birth cert, and it is already translated and notorized to Russian...

Also we had her AP docs translated ... Once I get her back in the US I will get the Russian Embassy

to put the insert in her passport stateing her married name but she had to go to Russia quickly

Because of an emergency ( mother in hospital ) Any way thanks for all the help ... We will see how

it goes and I will let you all know the results ...
