I'm expecting a December interview as well. I was actually expecting and extremely disappointed to not get a November interview. My case completed at NVC on September 25. Someone at the same consulate completed 10 days before me and received a November interview. Surely i'll make the December cut. If not, some poor unsuspecting soul at NVC is going to be unloaded on. Especially now. I found out yesterday that....wait for it....

I'M GONNA BE A DADDY. My wife is 1 month pregnant. I guess our last night together was a real hum dinger! I'll be headed back to El Salvador around the middle of November as soon as the date is assigned. I'm so excited. God is faithful and sovereign. I must always remember that.

Well December is my birthday month, and Xmas is looming too....

Almost at case complete, so looks like I for one will be a December interviewee!!!

Who else thinks they'll join me!?

Of course we would all love one in November, but I'd definitely be happy if I got a December interview!!

Hey December waiters, NVC dont always only schedule the 2nd week of each month, I got our interview assignment date Sept. 28 2 full weeks before their so called scheduling week!!! So that magic interview email can come early!! Best wishes!

Hello everyone. Our case got completed early Oct and we learned that some filers that got their cases completed in August - Sept have not had their interviews scheduled yet for the same embassy in UAE. We are hoping this embassy catches up very quickly and gives all of us December interviews Insha Allah.

Praise the Lord all and Congrats to those parents expecting the great blessing as well!!! We too just got log in fail and waiting for confirmation of case compete, my husband and I are praying for the earliest interview date that they can give. We hoped for Nov but we will take December. Praying we all get our interviews so we can share these holidays with our spouses!!

For those who wants to move their scheduled date. you can try calling US embassy at 1-909-101-7878 press 2 for english then 1 for immigrant visa.

I talked to an operator named Jackie and she said that its possible for Cr1/ IR1 to moved their schedule on an earlier date. As long as your medical is completed a week before your interview.

So far their slots are open From Nov. 12-23... and December onwards..

Hoping for a case completion this week, so I can catch the Nov. 12-23 date

For those who had already completed their case, you can try calling them and reschedule your interview on an earlier date so you can be with your love ones as soon as possible

Follow up. Just found out that sis (Anna Levan) called Manila US Embassy also and she also talked to Jackie. and Jackie is telling her that she CANNOT move the scheduled interview on an earlier date.

I hate that operator... she is not consistent or must I say a liar?

I will call again on monday and will confront her on the WRONG messages that she is giving either to me or to anna....

Worst is I ALREADY HOPE that I can fly to US and be with my hubby earlier than expected.... huhuhuh...

I wish my I-130 would start showing some action from the gov. I sent mine in on June 20. NOA was sent June 25 and that is all I have heard. Not sure what is going on. Why is it some applications sent in about the same time are worked on and why some aren't? This immigration sucks.
