So the days I pick my son up, I have been letting him drive home for practice. Well, I was in a bad position and my son said that's ok, I'll do it. I told him no, it's too difficult I will do it, you're too inexperienced yet and I don't want you to run into anything. So as I was trying to get out of this tight spot, I backed right up into the street sign How embarrasing and then I noticed a witness, uh oh, i better say something and i asked um you think I should report this? the witness replied.. report what?? THANK YOU! and so we high tailed out of there..lol

Day 2 of Gregory LaMothe training for work. If anyone has a minute google that man and take a peek what i had to look at and listen to for 8 hours yesterday! uggh I hate training!!!

Thankfully.....it is HUMP day and we are much closer to friday than we were 2 days ago! yipeeeeeeeee!!!!!!

Today is court for Dawn's killer. If there is anything new I will update later today. This case is moving so slow, by the time he is sentenced to prison, he will have served most of his sentence in a country jail. This is just so frustrating. I dont go to all the court dates cuz when I see him I just want to jump up and rip his face off.

Happy Hump Day!

Sandrilla....you are right, I can't wait for my MIL to get here...she can keep the kids occupied! I intend to treat her the same way she treated me while I was in her home....like a queen (except I want her to tell me how to cook things, I'll never cook like his mommy, but maybe I can get close. He used to tell me he didn't like her cooking, now he misses it horribly, go figure! ) I love her!

It's going to be a beautiful day today, I can't wait to open the windows and let some fresh air in and get this mess finished already. Better get started while Princess II is taking her morning nap!

Afternoon everyone, I hope everybody's week is going well. Congrats again to Jenn, what an adorable baby!!!!

Maureen I am not looking forward to the days of letting the kids drive the car. Heck I won't even let Usama drive and he needs the experience! I'm just not good at that type of stuff. I tend to step on the imaginary brake in the passenger seat too often.

Jackie, geez louise how many times is this case going to court? I've never been involved in a case of any kind so I have no clue is this normal? I don't blame you for not going to all of them. It's bad enough mourning the loss of a dear friend but to have to be constantly reminded of it must be just horrible, especially for her husband.

I had to do this gawd-awful test yesterday where I swallowed 4 HUGE glasses of barium and got xrayed every 20 minutes or so for a total of 3 hours. BLECH. That's not one I ever want to repeat!!!! I guess I'll find the results out in a few days though I do know they found the reflux, but we already knew I had that. I actually had some pasta primavera two nights ago and it didn't hurt as much as eating solids used to so hopefully whatever the heck it is is going away. I have to give props to my husband for taking care of me for the past month and a half or so. He's been such a big blessing I don't know what I would do without him.

It has been 1 1/2 years. He keeps getting lame delays and is able to stay in the county jail. I say SENTENCE the man and let him move into a prison! I'll let ya know this afternoon if anything changes.

No parties for me lately. I'm so exhausted I barely have energy to cook dinner when I get home from work and I'm pretty much in bed by 8pm most nights I'll be there in spirit though!
