Potential Problem with Photos Question

I am a USC. I filed concurrent I-130, I-485, I-765 and other documents to the Chicago Lockbox. However I only included 4 photos of my spouse and 2 of myself. Thus, I might be missing 1 more photo of my wife. What can the USCIS do? Possible RFE?

My bank just informed me that my checks were in the clearing stage. Should I send them another photo or just wait? Thanks for your help guys, you are doing a phenomenal job!

Actually your wife needs 6 photos (2 for each application) and you didn't need to send in any photos. I guess you may want to wait and see what happens. Maybe they don't even need additional photos from your wife since they use biometrics photo for I-765.

All the best on your wife's AOS.

Cheers.

There is no way for your to send additional information and have it be included in your file if and until you're issued a Request for Further Evidence. If more photos are needed you will receive and RFE in the mail. Sit tight and wait...you may not need to send anything further.
