Hello Vj,

US citizen mother petition the married daughter case.

I did research about this case and read alot of post at VJ. Here is my check list for the petition. So please help me correct this if i got it wrong. Or give me more info if my check list is lacking any document.

1.I-130 + Fee

2.copy of mother naturalization certificate

3.copy of daughter birth certificate

After I have all these info. but I still have 2 more questions. I hope members of VJ help me on this before i sent out my petition.

I(US Citizen mother) am disable person and I didn't make any money at all. Can my relative or friend become a sponsor for I-864 in the future instead of me?

My married daughter has a baby. Can her husband and the baby come to USA with her on the same petition? Or do I need to file different one for them?

If you are a U.S. citizen applying to bring a child or son or daughter to the United States to live and you are the mother of the child, you must file the following with the U.S. Citizenship and Immigration Services:

* Form I-130, Petition for Alien Relative

* A copy of your birth certificate or U.S. passport

* If you were not born in the United States, a copy of either:

o your Certificate of Naturalization or Citizenship or

o your U.S. passport

* A copy of the child’s birth certificate showing your name and the child’s name

* If anyone’s name has been legally changed (if it differs from the name on his or her birth certificate), evidence of the name change must be submitted.

I answered your other questions in another post that you started.
